Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4️⃣ Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout. Failure of payment authorization may result in order cancellation.
5️⃣ Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order is considered confirmed only after verification via phone, SMS, or system confirmation. TrendobayZone reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Incorrect pricing or information
- Unavailability of stock
- Suspected fraud or misuse
Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6️⃣ Delivery & Courier Policy
Estimated delivery time is provided for reference and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unavoidable circumstances. TrendobayZone is not responsible for courier delays once the product is handed over to the delivery service. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and reachable delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
7️⃣ Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to check the package in front of the courier at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or issue must be reported immediately with photo/video evidence.
8️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy
Return and replacement are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy, available on a separate page. By placing an order, you agree to that policy. TrendobayZone does not offer cash refunds unless explicitly stated in the Return Policy.
9️⃣ Warranty & Guarantee
Warranty or guarantee applies only to products explicitly mentioned as covered. A valid warranty/guarantee card must be presented to claim service. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repair.

TrendobayZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
