Trendobayzone is not responsible for courier delays once the product is handed over to the delivery service.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and reachable delivery address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Customers are advised to check the package in front of the courier at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage or issue must be reported immediately with photo/video evidence.
